Please note that this a beautiful 70 yr. old stone home that is located on Hwy 321 in Downtown Cosby - only 17 mi. from Gatlinburg, TN. The property has a very large fenced yard with play equipment. There is a convenience store and pizza parlor/ video store within walking distance!

- Winter: $140 per night for 2 adults
- Value: $150 per night for 2 adults
- Prime: $160 per night for 2 adults
- Holiday: $175 per night for 2 adults
- $5 per night for each additional person age 13 and up.
- Children 12 and under stay FREE
- One time cleaning fee $75
- Minimum stay required
